Bungalows are located in a quiet part of the town Nove Mesto pod Smrkem, next to the road that leads to one of the strating points of Singltrek - U Spalene hospody (750 meters) and than to mineral water spring (1.5km). The place is accessible by car (private parking), bus (650m) and train (1km).

Large bungalows have 2 quadruple rooms (2 beds + storey bed) with private toilet and shower, common room with kitchenette, fireplace. Small bungalows have 6 beds (2 storey beds, downstairs for two), kitchenette, dining area, all in 1 room. Toilet and shower separately. Each bungalow has TV, wi-fi connection, terrace and bike storage. Smoking only allowed on the terrace. The barbecue is stored in the bike storage room. Bicycles can be rinsed. In front of the large bungalows there is a spacious parking lot. The small bungalows are a 50m from there.

The surrounding area is very attractive for cyclists (Singltrek) and hiking. Well groomed cross-coutry skiing tracks in winter with good snow conditions, the nearest ski slope (9km) in Poland: Ski&Sun Świeradów-Zdrój. The town Nove Mesto pod Smrkem offers town-spa (swimming pool, sauna, massage, etc.), outdoor swimming area (beach volleyball, pedals), museum, library, gallery, petrol station, post office, ATM, nonstop police station, doctor, pediatrician, dentist, pharmacy, basic services, shops, restaurants. In 12km entferntem Frýdlant Notarzt, Bank, Kaufhallen.
